Another recent study states that curcumin may inhibit some chemotherapy agents for breast cancer. In laboratory studies, curcumin inhibits amyloid formation. Studies in Germany reported that “All fractions of the turmeric extract preparation exhibited pronounced antioxidant activity […]”.
