WHAT TO DO

• Flax seeds can be added almost everywhere! Try them in your breads, muffins, cookies, mueslis, and bars recipes! It can even be used in soups! Remember however that flaxseed should not be baked over 400°F to preserve all its nutritional benefits.
• Sprinkle flax seeds on your breakfast cereals, oatmeal, and yogurt!
• Use 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water and 1 tablespoon (15 ml) ground flax seeds to replace 1 egg in your recipes.
