DOSAGE:
1 tablet 3 times daily, before each meal.

Iron (Ferrous gluconate) 7mg Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 10mg Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) 10mg Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 1.6mg Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 1.5mg Vitamin B1 (Thiamine hydrochloride) 0.4mg Other Ingredients: Dried extracts of yeast, rosehip, spinach, carrot, fennel, kelp and angelica; corn startch, lactose, croscarmellose sodium, povidone, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, calcium stearate, shellac, castor oil, talc, sucrose, acacia gum, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol (135), kaolin, iron oxides, beeswax and carnauba.
